　　关于2025澳门生肖彩票发行计划的通知

　　2025年澳门生肖彩票发行计划要点

　　一、发行宗旨

　　生肖彩票在国家彩票市场发展与增进澳门经济繁荣社会责任方面扮演着不可替代的重要角色。通过介绍和传播生肖、历史等传统文化内容，助推优异文化精髓的传承与推广普及。遵循国家法律法规推动彩票发展的同时，探索有特色的彩票组织与发行方式，促进澳门特区社会主义经济与文化的高质量发展。

　　二、发行计划

　　1.生肖彩票选择生肖及彩池设置

　　为满足市民的经济与文化需求，2025澳门生肖彩票选取兔、鼠、狗、猴四个生肖，并设置三期发行，总彩池金额为500万元澳门币，具体分配如下表所示：

　　2025澳门生肖彩票共发行100万注。其中，兔、鼠、狗、猴各占25%，即每生肖各发行25万注。

　　三、彩票兑奖及中奖规则
2025澳门生肖彩票的中奖规则为：每期开奖各设置1名特等奖，万名以内的奖金总额为500万元澳门币，单张彩票中奖几率为100%。根据澳门彩票相关法律法规及管理办法，澳门生肖彩票开奖次日兑奖，单张彩票中奖奖金最高为500万元澳门币，若逾期未兑奖，则一律视为市民放弃，不得申请复议；中奖彩票通过澳门特区官方彩票渠道申购，并符合以下情况则认定为中奖，应获得相应的奖金，包括但不限于：一、单张彩票中的生肖与中奖生肖完全一致；二、单张彩票虽然生肖不同，但字体印制时长及至少1处明显位置纹理印制错误。
